Bizarro 07-24-16 WEBBizarro is brought to you today by Hallucinations.

It’s been a shitstorm of a week here at Rancho Bizarro. I published a cartoon on Friday that a lot of people misconstrued so I posted an explanation and apology on my FB page, and that led to hundreds of comments and arguments. More on that later in this post.

It is officially Halloween today, so have some fun. Why not start out with a romp in the yard with Woof Man? He’s cute, cuddly, full of energy and dog saliva, and is just so darned happy to see you he can barely contain his urine. (more…)

It’s almost Halloween here in the United States so here are a couple of cartoons to help get you in the mood. For my foreign readers, Halloween is a holiday during which Americans celebrate evil, violence, and superstition by wearing clothing and accessories that are intended to disgust, frighten, or amuse others. My first cartoon today is a scene from a movie I hope to make one day. In this scenario, monsters are as real as anyone else and do boring things like play basketball at the local playground court. The characters will be fully developed and multidimensional, the dialogue will be rife with clever banter and heart-rending emotion. No one gets eaten, nobody changes into anything, and there is no blood or violence of any kind. It will fail miserably at the box office and I’ll never be allowed to make another film. (Sigh.) Home Again

It’s been a long ten days since I was here at Bizarro International Headquarters working on my blog. Ah, sweet reunion. Following are the cartoons I missed posting, for your infotainment. (Wow. “Infotainment” is not flagged by WordPress as being misspelled.)

I’ll be back to my regular blogging verbosity in the coming days. Come on back, y’hear? (more…)
