How I Draw Stuff 3
Hey, Jazz Pickles and Peyote Cowpokes, response to my "How I Draw Stuff" series has been very enthusiastic and I really enjoy doing them, so here’s another! I hope it pleases you.

Conscientious Cannibals
Welcome to today’s cartoon jungle, Jazz Pickles. We start with a couple of points of clarification.

The Heimlich Guy
If you needed to visit a dictionary to understand one of our cartoons this week, join the club. If you needed to look it up but didn’t bother, shame on you!

Tater Talk
It’s been a distracting week here at Rancho Bizarro. I’ve not mentioned this here before but Olive Oyl and I are selling our house with intentions to move out to the country not far from here. (You: Which country? Me: All right, the countryside. Happy now?)

Rules and Reason
As some of you know, I am a fan of marijuana. I grow my own here in Mexico and that’s legal, as long as it is only as much as my household would personally use. So for me, that would be about 100 acres of plants per year.

A Good Ass
I just got back from an art expo in Mexico City. Rather than bore you with a review of the art shows, galleries, and restaurants we went to, I’m going to talk about my butt.

Pretend Hangovers
Can you spot the two British spelling conventions I used in this cartoon?

How I Draw Stuff 2
Lots of readers have asked me to do another one of my step-by-step progress posts and since I’m a guy who thrives on the approval of strangers I’ll likely never meet, here’s another one!

Welcoming the End
I’m a couple of days late posting this week because I’ve been traveling in the DSA (Divided States of America.)

Creativity and Sex
I could use this comic as a springboard to talk about the recent stories of world-class athletes and their responses to the COVID vaccine—Aaron Rogers and that excellent tennis player whose name I would have to look up to come within five letters of the correct spelling—but I’ve heard quite enough about that virus and am tired of it. Let’s talk about creativity and sex instead.

Of Ice and Men
Today’s Sunday cartoon about the snowman in the life raft (above) brings to mind for me the American holiday TV classic from the 1960s, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Have you seen it lately?

World of Words
Many people are inclined to complain that last year sucked (through a mask) and that this year had better be an improvement. But I say look at the bright side: Of the nearly 8 billion people on the planet—some of them dumb enough to think…

Switcharoony
Today’s Sunday cartoon isn’t the sort of “joke” that one typically finds in newspaper comics. I pride myself in that difference but I also sometimes shoot myself in the foot with it by creating something most people don’t get.

A Day In The Life of This Cartoonist
Many people assume that because I have an unusual job that my day-to-day routine must also be unusual. The following is a fairly complete rundown so you can judge for yourself.

Changing Channels
Welcome, Jazz Pickles, to my ear-splitting Sunday morning. I’ll explain that in a moment, but first, here’s something to think about regarding the seance cartoon above.
